Tri County Housing Council (TCHC), founded in 1974, is a non-profit housing agency serving residents of Chemung, Schuyler and Steuben Counties.  For over thirty-five years our dedicated professional staff and board of directors have provided and/or coordinated housing services for very low to moderate income families in the tri county area.
